Inspired by my new lawn chairs and a trip to the grocery store, I decided to fire up my grill for the first time in almost 5 years. Shocker, it worked like a charm! I got some yummy salmon filets and corn on the cob. I used a meat rub that a someone sent me from Seattle a long time ago; a little spicy to start, but the brown sugar caramelizes on top and makes it sweet! Grilled the corn with some butter, salt, and garlic pepper. On the side, I made some mushroom pilaf and a small salad.
Call the fire marshall, Sally plans on grilling out all summer!!
