Fall runs

I love this time of year.  The temperatures drop below purgatory, the leaves change color and crunch under your feet.  And there are wonderful smells in the air.  But mostly I loved this morning’s 4 mile run.

An early Fall run with 16mph winds = running into a blizzard of red and gold leaves and they are freed from their summertime holder by the blustery-ness of the morning.

(yes, I made that word up)  How was your run this week?  I’m officially on taper now.  Let the crazies begin.
